Hi! It's a pleasure to meet you. My name is Sheila.
388 Bullsboro Drive #340
Newnan GA 30263
With over fifteen years serving the local church, I was instrumental in establishing a strong control environment to promote stewardship, transparency and accountability of the organization’s finance systems. As an executive team leader, I provided oversight of the daily accounting operations, implementation of and adherence to finance policies and procedures, established strong inter-personal relationships and contributed to the overall missional goals of the organization. My expertise lies in the financial structure of non-profits to promote adherence to local, federal, governmental and IRS regulations. Utilizing knowledge of charitable contributions, ministerial payroll and taxation, housing allowances and generally accepted accounting principles for non-profits ensures the accuracy and reliability of my client’s financial documents. I also pride myself on maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with every service. Twenty years experience in taxation formed my knowledge and expertise in preparing tax returns for ministers, partnerships, sole proprietors, non-profits and s-corporations. I also have a Master’s Degree in Accounting and am licensed to practice public accountancy in both Texas and Georgia. I have been married for nineteen years to my husband, Jack. We have one son and a dog named Bubba. I love the Lord and desire to utilize my experience and education to make a difference in the lives of my clients. I want to provide professional accounting services so my clients can focus on what’s most important to them – their organization’s mission.
